V. (ZUM.de) unterst\u00fctzt den <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oer-fuer-fluechtlinge.de\">Schmerlenbacher Appell: Freie und offene Lernmaterialien f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcchtlinge<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Der Schmerlenbacher Appell ist ein offener Brief von OER-Initiativen an die \u00f6ffentliche Hand. Die darin enthaltene zentrale Forderung lautet:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Von der \u00f6ffentlichen Hand gef\u00f6rderte Lernmaterialien m\u00fcssen offen lizenziert sein!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Die Bedeutung dieser Forderung wird verdeutlicht am Beispiel der Seite <a href=\"http:\/\/zum-willkommen.de\">zum-willkommen.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Diese Erkl\u00e4rung entstand am 31.10.2015 beim <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zum.de\/portal\/\u00fcber\/zum-mitgliederversammlung-2015\">Treffen von OER-Initiativen in Schmerlenbach<\/a> bei Aschaffenburg. Wir freuen uns \u00fcber die Unterst\u00fctzung dieser Erkl\u00e4rung durch ihre Weiterverbreitung, durch eigene Erkl\u00e4rungen im gleichen Sinne und durch Unterst\u00fctzung jeglicher Art, die in der Schmerlenbacher Erkl\u00e4rung formulierten Zielsetzungen zu verwirklichen. &#8211; Der passende Hashtag auf Twitter lautet:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/oerfuerfluechtlinge\">#OERfuerfluechtlinge<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Die Erkl\u00e4rung (ohne Unterschriften und Logos) steht unter der Lizenz <a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/publicdomain\/zero\/1.0\/deed.de\">CC 0<\/a>.
