Im weiteren Sinn rechnet man auch die meisten Arten von <a href=\"http:\/\/wikis.zum.de\/zum\/Migrant\">Migranten<\/a> hinzu.<\/p>\n<p>Damit eine Person im Sinne der Genfer Fl\u00fcchtlingskonvention als Fl\u00fcchtling anerkannt wird, bedarf es strikter Kriterien. Dass jemandem <a href=\"http:\/\/wikis.zum.de\/zum\/Asyl\">Asyl<\/a> im Sinne des Grundgesetzes gew\u00e4hrt wird, ist noch an weit engere Kriterien gebunden. Gegen\u00fcber dem urspr\u00fcnglich aufgrund der Erfahrung mit dem nationalsozialistischen Terrorregime im Grundgesetz verankerten Asylrecht ist das heutige Asylrecht durch Artikel 16a GG stark eingeschr\u00e4nkt.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund dieser Einschr\u00e4nkungen, die seit dem Schengener Abkommen vereinheitlicht worden sind, versuchen immer mehr Menschen illegal einzureisen.
